I truly have to figure out what I am going to do. I eat a lot, I weigh the same, I am good a couple of weeks, and I weigh the same. My one constant has been keeping up with Zumba. I am at the "I'm 56 years old and I won't ever look young again:(" stage. <br />I know it has to feel good, positive, and controllable to know what you need to do again, I have faith that you can get it done! I think that is why I can't stray to far from the original BFC because it gives me guidelines that I can do daily, I just fail at times. I'm at 143.3 this AM, have been as high as 145.5. My pants are way too tight and I HATE it, but not enough to quit eating yet:( UGH!!! <br />I look forward to seeing you blog more and learning from you. Blessings my friend! So glad to hear from you. I can hear and s...Hi Kim! So glad to hear from you. I can hear and see from your letter how hectic things have been. My life always seems to be that way too. Many don't have lives that are quite as busy, and I think that having the time to think, plan and just breathe makes following any plan that much more successful. I have never eve gotten close to my goal, but I'm not gaining too much. That being said, I'm not losing too much either! I have started following the 100 group on facebook. The plan is similar to the BFC but instead of counting sugars and carbs, you count 'sugar calories. You get those by multiplying any carbs that aren't freebies, by 4 and keeping that under 100. So basically clean foods with very little carbs ( 25 carbs X 4 + 100). I told Rosalie that some people like here automatically seem to know how to keep their carbs low. I always looked for ways to get as much as I can in the way of carbs. Anyway, it's a nice group there and lots of great tips and recipes. I also bought Jorges new fitness book. I have always been a huge workout girl up until the last 7-10 years. Then I have been more sporadic. Throw in the knee problem and I haven't been to the gym in months.I always liked the Body for Life book too and I'll have to dig that out and start using it again too.<br />So here's to fresh starts.
