I'll cut right to the chase and tell you what I ate yesterday:
Lunch: Jorge's flax muffin with butter, 1/4 c blueberries, 1/4 c walnuts
Snack: Almond butter with Redi-Whip
Dinner: Tilapia scampi, potato buds, peas
