I'm still here... My computer crashed in February and I had to get a new one. All of my photos were on it so I wasn't able to post any new photos from my new computer until my computer-techie husband got everything pulled over to the new one (and I just hate to leave you a post without a photo) :)
So what have I been up to and how have I been doing on the Belly Fat Cure diet? I'm glad you asked :)
We took our trip to Seal Beach, California in January to visit my parents. It was a fabulous time. Here are a few photos from our trip (I actually was in a photo or two but I think they are on my husband's phone because they are not here??):

Last week I decided to give Jorge's 3-Day Diet a try. My weight had crept up to 159.6 and after the 3 days I lost 3 pounds. This week I started it again (after a 4 day break and following the regular BFC diet on those 4 days) and although today I am on day 2 of 3, I have already lost another 3 pounds. I am down to 153.8. Very, very happy with that! I love the regular BFC diet and will revert back over to that tomorrow.
Our weather here in Colorado has been B-E-A-U-T-I-F-U-L!!!! We are expected to have temps in the high 70's next week which is just crazy for this time of the year. Hopefully we'll have atleast 1 or 2 more snow days before summer comes. Here is a picture I took 15 minutes ago of the boys enjoying the nice weather:
