Week 6 ~ Day 6

Hello friends :)

Just a quick note to let you know what I ate yesterday:

Breakfast: My morning shake; green tea

Lunch: Celery with peanut butter, cheddar cheese, blackberries with Redi-Whip


Dinner: Tilapia scampi, asparagus, Potato Buds
We add a little extra butter to the baking dish so we will have extra sauce to drizzle over our potatoes
