Week 8 ~ Day 6
Life is super busy this week with costume fittings, Webelo Day Camp, gymnastics meets, our son's birthday (the one who had the party last week) and Father's Day. Have not been able yet to respond to all comments, read blogs, etc.. but will get caught up when I get home tonight.
Here's what I ate yesterday:
Breakfast: My morning shake, green tea
Lunch: Azuki beans with avocado, nutritional yeast, and garlic powder
Got home from fitting kids for a local play and had 20 minutes before I had to leave again. Opened a can of Azuki beans, drained and rinsed them, added some diced avocado and then sprinkled garlic powder and Bragg's Nutritional Yeast on top. It was ok - not super flavorful- next time I will add some shredded cheese and diced green chilis to spice it up a bit.
Dinner: 2 Taco Bell Fresco Crunchy Tacos
Snack: Chocolate & Coconut Oil Fudge with Redi-Whip
