Breakfast: My morning shake
Lunch: Hot dog, almonds, small apple
Snack: 2 Pieces chocolate/coconut oil fudge
Dinner: Enchilada Torte, green salad
I had gotten home and my husband was making this. It was really good. I haven't figured out the S/C's yet because it I have been so busy but I looked at the recipe and it was all good stuff. I will have to figure out the S/C's when I get home tonight so I can get caught up in My Fitness Pal.
Off to day 2 of Boy Scout Day Camp and over 100 boys running around!! I was in charge of making rainsticks with them. I think today I am helping with panning for gold. Oh, and it's 85-90'ish degrees - trying to stay cool and drink lots of water.
