Week 8 ~ Day 7

Good Morning!!  I wanted to share a few pictures that I took last Saturday morning.  I had woken up and could see these clouds out my bedroom window. I thought they were so different looking that I ran to get my camera so I could capture them before they changed too much.




Here is what I ate yesterday:

Breakfast: My morning shake

Lunch: Hot dog, almonds, small apple

Snack: 2 Pieces chocolate/coconut oil fudge

Dinner: Enchilada Torte, green salad
I had gotten home and my husband was making this.  It was really good.  I haven't figured out the S/C's yet because it I have been so busy but I looked at the recipe and it was all good stuff.  I will have to figure out the S/C's when I get home tonight so I can get caught up in My Fitness Pal.


Off to day 2 of Boy Scout Day Camp and over 100 boys running around!!  I was in charge of making rainsticks with them. I think today I am helping with panning for gold.  Oh, and it's 85-90'ish degrees - trying to stay cool and drink lots of water. 



Today is my son's 12th birthday.  I remember when his 9lb- 7 oz body came into this world - it was a great day and I love him oh so much!!  Here are a few of his baby pictures:

    Happy Birthday to your son! He is adorable! I remember boy scouts very well -panning for gold will be fun! It's cool in Maryland this morning - even turned off the A/C last night. Don't know how long it will last before our dreaded humidity comes back. Make sure you stay hydrated!

    Very cool pictures of the clouds! You son is so handsome. They grow up so fast don't they? I had a funny thought this morning; I've lost almost as much as my youngest son weighs and I have a goal to lose as much as my older son weights - the boys and I thought that was pretty cool. I think I've had one of those crazy weeks were weight is melting away so I'm very excited about weigh in tomorrow. Have a great day and stay cool. The last few days here have been beautiful - windows open and breezes blowing :)

    Beautiful photo of you and your son! Happy birthday to him! I used to make casseroles all the time before BFC. So its nice to have one or two you can make that fit the S/C.
