Week 10 Progress Pictures

Two posts in 2 days.... boy I'm on a roll - HA!
I didn't think to do this in my last post so I wanted to do another one. I've been Eating Clean for 10 weeks and wanted to post some more recent photos. The first one was taken of me in October. I had to look really hard for a picture of me. Seems like I've been pretty good at dodging the camera! The next one is a picture from the day I started this 12-week program in January. The next few photos were taken of me today. I wanted to show you a few photos of how my muscles are coming along and then a photo of me this afternoon.  I am in no way where I want to be yet, but again, these are just progress photos.  I still have quite a bit of flab on my arms and that has been the hardest area for me to see improvement in but I'm finally beginning to see it.  I don't have any intention of being a body-builder, I just want to firm everything up. I have been exercising 4-5 times per week and will write a post on that soon.  Have a great day everyone!!!

  1. Kim, you are seriously getting some toned legs, arms and belly!! Wow! Whatever you are doing is really working! I'm looking forward to your promised exercise post!

    1. Hi Beth,

Look on my previous post under the comments. I replied to your question about the exercises that I've been doing. Let me know if you have any other questions. :)

  2. Oh my gosh girl, what I wouldn't give for those legs!!! You look amazing. Look at the huge smile on your face!
Your routine is obviously working really well. I wish I loved exercise more. I love Zumba once I get there, but I still have to haul my a$$ out of the house 3 days a week.
Thank you for your words of encouragement to not give up on my legs. It truly is a genetic thing, if you saw my grandma, mom, etc....My uncle calls it the McGee curse and out of many, many grandkids, cousins etc. only 1 cousin and myself have escaped the weight curse. My mom has it way worse than I do, as in cankles, that make cropped pants skin tight! Yikes!!!
Your kids are beautiful just like their Momma!

  3. You are looking great! Thanks for your encouragement also. Have a great day!

  4. You look fantastic - Great job :-)

  5. Kim, just catching up on all your recent posts. I've gotten alittle behind in that. You look seriously amazing and I'm so happy that this is working for you. I am in a rut and really need to kick my butt in gear. Can't really do too much because of the knee situation. Watch those burpees. I'm pretty sure that is what did my knee in when I was doing those boot camps. Your meal plans are super helpful for new ideas. I've jotted down a few. Do you just throw your shake together or do you measure out the ingredients. I really want to get into shakes in the morning. It would help alot and save time when I'm busy. Continues success!! XO!

  6. Wow. You look amazing. Congrats :)
